Arnold’s Cove is located directly off the Trans Canada Highway in Eastern Newfoundland, approximately 80 minutes (140 km) drive west of the capital city of St. John’s.

By Sea

By car from the Ferry at Port aux Basques:
From the ferry, take the Trans Canada Highway, Route 1, east for approximately 8 hours (765 km), passing Corner Brook, Deer Lake, Grand Falls-Windsor, Gander and Clarenville. There is one entrance to Arnold’s Cove off of the Trans Canada Highway using the overpass near the North Atlantic refinery.

By Air

By car from the Ferry in Argentia: From the ferry, take Route 100 to Whitbourne for approximately 40 minutes (51 km). At Whitbourne, turn left onto the Trans Canada Highway, Route 1, travelling west for approximately 40 minutes (63 km). There is one entrance to Arnold’s Cove off of the Trans Canada Highway using the overpass near the North Atlantic refinery.

Into Deer Lake Airport:
Take the Trans Canada Highway, Route 1, east for approximately 5.5 hours (500 km) passing Grand Falls-Windsor, Gander and Clarenville. There is one entrance to Arnold’s Cove off of the Trans Canada Highway using the overpass near the North Atlantic refinery.

Into St. John’s Airport:
Take the Trans Canada Highway, Route 1, west for approximately 1.5 hours (147 km). There is one entrance to Arnold’s Cove off of the Trans Canada Highway using the overpass near the North Atlantic refinery.

Into Gander Airport:
Take the Trans Canada Highway, Route 1, east for approximately 2.5 hours (197 km) passing through Terra Nova National Park and Clarenville. There is one entrance to Arnold’s Cove off of the Trans Canada Highway using the overpass near the North Atlantic refinery.
